Indoor Prep

Regular cleaning including toaster, coffee pot, ice-machine, oven, stovetop, counters, cabinet fronts, microwave, backsplash

Empty and clean fridge & freezer of everything except condiments & drinks in the doors

Check pantry for any leftover food. If something is unopened it can be left for the next guests. Any opened food should be removed.

Refill salt, pepper, coffee beans, sugar, and flour containers on counter as needed from containers above the washer and dryer.

Regular cleaning. Dust. Mop.

Open to check sofa sleeper and clean and remove sheets if needed.

Wash living room blankets if used.

Check & organize games & books under TV.

Replace clean queen sheets for the sofa sleeper to front entryway closet, if necessary.

Check & organize pool table balls & cues

Organize box of pamphlets by fireplace

Organize yoga mats

COFFEE BAR UPSTAIRS

Empty and clean mini-fridge

Check and clean Kuerig & water kettle

Setup/Inventory

Setup black&white coffee mugs

Refill coffee pods, sugar packets and tea bags in cabinet above the washer and dryer.

MAIN BATHROOM: Hang 2 bath towels on bar

MAIN BATHROOM: Hang 1 hand towel on the O-ring

MAIN BATHROOM: Hang 1 hand towel on the T-bar

MAIN BATHROOM: Place 2 bath mats by tub and shower

towels rolled in basket on the floor by bathtub

Hairdryer underneath sink in basket

Restock shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers in shower from garage containers

BEDROOMS

Clean & setup beds

Replace garbage can in every bedroom

Each of the three bedroom closets should have hangers, one wicker basket, and 2 robes except master. Master the robes go in the bathroom. Not the closet.

Luggage racks in the closets of each Queen bedroom.

Leave night stand lamps on & main overhead lights/fans off.

Leave the curtains open unless it’s May thru September. Then close the curtains on the front of the house. Living room and upstairs bedrooms.

TWO OUTSIDE UPSTAIRS DECKS

Blow off/sweep outside decks

Arrange & clean deck chairs

Wipe down top of railing

Wipe down chairs

INSIDE STAGING

Turn on nightstand lamps In Each bedroom

Turn on living room lamps (three)

Turn on Undercabinet lighting and lights around the stove top (sconces) in kitchen

Turn on ceiling lights in pool table room - which also will turn on the corner lamp

Outdoor Prep

FIRST! In case it needs to be drained and filled. Check hot tub water level & color. Add shock powder and water. Drain and fill if needed. Wipe down hot tub surface.

Blow leaves from entire yard (including upper bedroom deck first, floatie shed and under bar with fridge. Collect leaves and put in garbage bins in side yard.

Powerwash around pool & all deck & chairs - careful with wood and wicker furniture

Clean BBQ grill inside and out. Place cover on it.

Organize / position furniture (table, gazebo, firepit, lounge chairs, front porch chairs)

Wipe down / clean all tables, chairs, stools, bar counters, hot tub cover, ping-pong table, etc

Check & swap propane tanks for bbq and small fire pit in gazebo by hot tub. Be sure the tanks connected are more than 50% and that the other 2 tanks on the side of the house are full.

Empty and clean fridge under bar

Organize outdoor games on wall and in outdoor brown storage tote. Check dart game. Ping pong paddles and balls.

Place all pool floaties, noodles, pool toys back in the shed behind the hammock. Balls and diving toys go in the basket by the hot tub

Empty outside garbages cans. Clean the containers and replace white garbage bags.

Make sure pool and grill umbrellas are closed and red one over table by ping pong table is open.

Clean leaves out of pool and pond and empty three leave baskets. Two around pool decking and one at the pond.

Turn on outdoor lights, neon sign and pool light (on far gazebo post) to greet guests. Remotes are inside the kitchen door hanging on the wall.

As you walk the yard, check trees and plants for correct watering and send us pictures if you notice something broken or dying. Straighten solars lights as needed.
